Full job description

Full Time 37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

We are seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking Director of Teaching Excellence and Innovation to lead the strategic development of teaching and learning across our Bishop Burton and Riseholme campuses. This pivotal senior leadership role will shape and implement the College's vision for high-quality, inclusive and evidence-informed education, driving innovation in pedagogy, curriculum design and student engagement across the organisation.

You could already be leading teaching and learning within a further or higher education provider, managing quality improvement, curriculum development or professional practice, and looking for the opportunity to make an even greater impact. Perhaps you're an Assistant Principal, Head of Teaching and Learning, Director of Quality or a senior curriculum leader ready to influence educational excellence across an ambitious institution.
