What You’ll Be Doing
️ Carrying out on-hire and off-hire inspections of trailers and rental assets
️ Managing incoming rental enquiries via telephone and email
️ Organising on-hire/off-hire processes with customer drivers
️ Managing yard checks and fleet inventory to ensure accuracy
️ Liaising with customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet service, compliance, and documentation requirements
️ Raising reservations, managing bookings, and supporting the ALS rental system
️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input
What You’ll Bring
️ Strong customer service and communication skills
️ A professional telephone manner
️ Good administrative and computer skills
️ Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
️ Full UK driving licence (essential)
️ A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership in your work
️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
