Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning team, liaise with the Operation Manager and the client

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing teams, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are maintained throughout the project. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong leadership skills to successfully complete of our projects in a safe and efficient manner.

Working hours are:

HU10 area - Monday to Friday 16:30 - 19:30 Term time only
HU3 area - Monday to Friday 16:00 - 18:30 Term time + additional 5 weeks through holidays

A Valid Enhanced DBS is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site cleaning team.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Liaise with clients, and the head office to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and workforce attendance.
Ensure health and safety policies, including risk assessments and incident reporting procedures are adhered to in accordance with company protocol.
Assist in planning work schedules, resource allocation, and procurement of materials as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning sectors.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients
Valid relevant qualifications such as Enhanced DBS
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and leadership qualities.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
