Full job description

Go Mix Max Trading Ltd is a growing logistics and fulfilment company based in West Bromwich, Birmingham. We provide warehousing, fulfilment and distribution services for e-commerce businesses and international trade customers throughout the UK.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our warehouse and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and provide operational support

Process orders and maintain accurate records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Prepare monthly invoices and assist with customer account reconciliation

Maintain customer billing records and resolve account queries

Record employee working hours and attendance information

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Produce reports and maintain operational documentation

General administration and office support duties

Requirements

Legal right to work in the UK

Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese (essential)

Conversational English

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, customer service or office administration is preferred
