Full job description

Overview
We have two part time positions available 18 - 20 hours per week each post .

We are a GP Surgery seeking two professional and friendly Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our Surgery.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Booking appointments
Provide clerical support as needed

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is desirable
Proficiency in computer skills desirable
Familiarity with Microsoft Office EMIS Web is desirable
Previous clerical experience is preferred
Experience preferred although full training can be given

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
