Job Description

Hours of work: 37 hours per week/Part-Time
Working pattern: Monday-Friday
Term weeks: Term-Time only, plus 2 weeks
Start date - ASAP
Contract - Permanent
A job-share may be considered for this role.

The ideal candidate will:

Have secretarial/administrative experience and strong organisational skills.
Be competent with ICT skills including use of word (including mail merge), excel and PowerPoint.
Be friendly and approachable.
Be able to work as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

To organise cover for absent staff, create a daily cover rota and organise efficient and effective cover of lessons by supply staff and teachers.
Provide cover for a broad range of duties associated within the administration function in school.
Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact, both face to face and via the phone for internal and external stakeholders.
