We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our multi agency team within the Families Together Gateway to process referrals and requests for support.

What You Will Be Doing
Reviewing referrals and requests for support and gathering additional information to support decisions to ensure that an appropriate response is provided.
Engaging with parents, children and young people to explore potential areas of need.
Working alongside colleagues and with partner services to ensure that there is a full understanding of family need so that families have access to the right support at the right time
Building trusting relationships with parents and carers.
Working closely with partners to ensure families receive holistic support.
Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and enthusiastic team culture.

Experience of working with children, families, or in community settings.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for improving the lives of children.
