Location: Pitlochry, Perthshire
Salary: £15 per hour + Tips
Hours: Full time, with flexibility considered for part time. 4 day work week, flexible shifts, overtime available.

Start date: Immediate

About the role

Peitros is a brand new Italian restaurant that's just opened its doors in Pitlochry, serving a simple, high quality menu. It's a genuine ground-floor opportunity, you'll be part of the founding kitchen team, helping shape how the section runs as the business gets going, with real room to progress.

We're looking for a reliable Chef de Partie who can run their own section with confidence and take pride in consistent, well-executed food.

What you'll be doing

Running your own section independently, keeping standards high during service
Preparing and cooking dishes from a simple Italian menu to spec, every time
Keeping your section stocked, organised, and ready for service
Following food safety, hygiene, and stock rotation procedures
Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
Helping train and support more junior kitchen staff as the team grows

What we're looking for

Proven experience running a section in a busy kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
A genuine interest in Italian food and fresh, simple cooking
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
Able to provide references from previous employers
