About the role

As our front-of-house professional, you’ll create a welcoming environment for visitors, customers, and colleagues while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. From managing calls to supporting office operations and team engagement, no two days will be the same.

What you’ll be doing

Act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and incoming calls
Provide general administrative support across the business
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Assist with facilities coordination and workplace organisation
Support basic health & safety processes and compliance activities
Contribute to a positive office culture and employee engagement initiatives

About You

Previous experience in an office, reception, or customer-facing role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented mindset
