Bristol's number one LGBTQIA+ hospitality brand OMG, has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team at OMG Club Bristol!

OMG Assistant Managers lead their teams from the front to meet and maintain our exceptional standards of punctuality, dependability and flexibility. ● Competitive salary -£28,000 - £30,000 base,with an additional £2,500 on-target earnings (OTE).

What you will do & who you will be?

● Provide key support to the General Manager, assisting in the day to day running of the venue

● Maximise key performance indicators by driving the team, striving for the highest standards

● Have an engaged, genuine personality with a passion for success – always leading by example

● Have an awareness of competitor activity and feedback/develop promotional ideas to drive through the team

● Be proactive and take responsibility for your own personal development
