Support Worker
Premier Care Management
Bristol | Permanent | £13.10 per hour & £40 a sleep. | Each shift starts are 9.00am to 11pm followed by a sleep in 11pm to 7am

Your Role
This isn't just a job - it's a chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people who face unique challenges.
You'll be:

Supporting young people in a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring their welfare is always your top priority.
Implementing care packages tailored to each individual's needs, fostering their personal growth and independence.
Teaching vital life skills, from budgeting to household management, empowering them to take control of their lives.
Engaging effectively with young people, demonstrating understanding and patience as they develop self-control and direction.
Collaborating with colleagues and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each young person's care.
Completing daily notes and reporting on your interactions, helping to track progress and plan for the future.

What We're Looking For
You're not just a support worker - you're a mentor. We're looking for someone who:

Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally, to ensure vital information is shared and recorded accurately.
Understands the complexities of working with young people who may display challenging behaviour, always responding with empathy and respect.
Is flexible and committed, ready to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Has relevant experience, ideally in a similar outreach or care setting, with a passion for supporting young people.
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to reliable transport for travel between locations.
