SOCIAL MEDIA, LEAD GENERATION & BOOKING MANAGER

Manchester & Leeds

£24,000 Basic Salary + Performance Bonuses

OTE £35,000–£40,000+

Full-Time Position – 5 Days Per Week

for an exceptional Social Media, Lead Generation & Booking Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is NOT a standard social media role.

We already have content being created daily.

We are looking for someone who understands how to turn content into enquiries, enquiries into appointments, and appointments into revenue.

If you love analysing performance, spotting trends, creating campaigns that generate leads, and helping businesses grow, we want to hear from you.

You will work directly alongside Managing Director Chantelle and play a key role in scaling multiple brands across the UK.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and implement social media strategies focused on generating leads and bookings

Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts across multiple brands

Coordinate content creation and ensure content is designed to generate enquiries

Analyse content performance and identify what drives the highest number of leads and bookings

Manage and respond to social media enquiries and direct messages

Contact warm leads and assist in converting enquiries into appointments

Manage and update GoHighLevel CRM

Track KPIs, lead generation, booking performance and conversion rates

Create promotions, campaigns and marketing initiatives designed to increase revenue

Work closely with our booking teams to maximise studio occupancy

Produce weekly reports outlining results, opportunities and growth strategies

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar marketing, social media, lead generation or booking role

Proven track record of generating enquiries and leads through social media

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube

Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)

Strong organisational skills

Commercial mindset with a focus on results

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Excellent communication skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

DESIRABLE

Experience in photography, beauty, fashion, modelling, events or empowerment industries

Experience managing paid social campaigns

Understanding of sales processes and lead conversion
