Environmental Health Enforcement Officer

Employer: Knowsley Council
Salary: £34,434 - £36,363 per annum
Location: Stretton Way, Stretton Way Depot, Huyton Ind Estate, Huyton, L36 6JF, Hybrid Working
Contract: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 36 hours per week. Consideration will be given for part-time working.

Fixed Term - 12 Months

Are you passionate about providing a high-quality service in a professional manner and ensuring continuous improvement of an Environmental Health Service?

Do you have the skills and experience to help deliver an intervention programme which improves housing conditions and environmental cleanliness?

Do you have knowledge and understanding of the management and control of public health pests (rats and mice).

At Knowsley Council we will consider requests for flexible working. For most roles, the following types of flexibility are usually possible: flexible hours, working from home, compressed hours, part-time. There is a requirement for you to attend your work base at least two day’s per week.
