Salary: £23,500–£27,000 basic salary (depending on experience), plus an uncapped commission scheme.

The Role

As our Sales Negotiator, you'll become an integral part of our growing team, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

You'll be expected to provide an exceptional level of service, build genuine relationships and become a trusted adviser throughout every stage of the sales journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants.

Booking and conducting viewings, where necessary.

Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

Carrying out regular client updates and providing honest market advice.

Generating valuations and confidently promoting our services.

Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Maintaining accurate records and managing administrative tasks.

Answering telephone enquiries with confidence and enthusiasm.

Working closely with the wider team to ensure every client receives an outstanding experience.
