Location: Knutsford, WA16 9EU

Hours of work: 40

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 15:00

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £15.51 - £15.52

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
20 days’ holiday + 8 bank holidays

We are looking for someone with a fantastic attitude, lots of energy, and a passion for delivering amazing customer service, with a keen eye for detail.

The Role

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth operations
Provide guidance and support as needed
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Maintain the highest standards of work from both yourself and the team
Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
Collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure seamless transitions between shifts
Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, respect, and professional growth

About You

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment
Ability to drive team performance through motivation and effective leadership techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A can-do, hands-on attitude to the role
Organised, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to cover other supervisors if required
Full UK driving licence, held for 12 months
