RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

As a recruitment consultant, you will form part of the recruitment team and
the following will be some of your responsibilities:

Developing a good understanding of the industry and all the relevant rules

and regulations in order to find the best suited candidates for the job.

Building solid relationships with candidates.
Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable

candidates.

Organising interviews.
Informing candidates about the results of interviews.
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between

clients and candidates.

Recieving and giving feedback from both clients and candidates.
Business development and maintaining existing client relationships.
