Location: Central London (Westminster)

Rate: £550-750 per day, outside IR35, Hybrid

Contract Type: 6-9 Month Contract, potentially renewable.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Programme Manager to join an expanding financial services and wealth management business in Central London.

The business has recently been through a period of change management, impacting people, processes and technology. They have also pivoted their client engagement model, including their processes, branding, and fees.

As the business continues to experience growth and success, they require a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to lead a post-implementation remediation of the newly-introduced Workday HR/HCM system.

This remediation is aimed at streamlining HR processes, recognising and retaining talent within PR, and improving how HR supports employees who now largely work on a WFH / hybrid basis.

As well as leading Workday adjustment to closer meet the changing needs of the business, the Project Manager will also be the focal point for the long term business agenda to achieve 'Best Places to Work' accreditation, which the business sees as important in retaining talent in a competitive financial services sector market.

*Key Responsibilities:*

The Project Manager will lead the remediation of the recent Workday implementation across the organisation, managing both business and technology work streams.

Oversee the delivery of Workday across technology, processes, and people to support the company's growth initiatives.

Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of the Workday implementation and related projects.

As Project Manager, you will be the business champion for delivering HR transformation and system change, as well as introducing process and people-related change to ensure alignment with business objectives.

*Ideal Candidate:*

Proven experience as a Project or Programme Manager in managing financial/HR transformation, Workday or related implementation projects.

Strong background in large-scale system and process change within professional settings.

Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects across diOerent business functions, including finance and HR.

Familiarity with Agile methodology would be an advantage.

Ideally experience as a Project or Programme Manager in assembling teams, including Business Analysts, PMO and technical expertise.
