The Opportunity
As our Registered Care Manager, you will have complete operational responsibility for the service.
You’ll lead an experienced office team, support and develop our care professionals, maintain full CQC compliance, build relationships within the local community and drive the business forward.
You’ll be trusted to make decisions, implement improvements and create a positive culture where both customers and staff thrive.
Your Responsibilities
Lead an Outstanding Service
You’ll oversee every aspect of the service, ensuring it consistently delivers safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led care.
You’ll ensure:
- Outstanding customer experiences

Lead Compliance
You’ll ensure the service exceeds regulatory expectations through:
- Maintaining CQC registration
- Implementing best practice
- Preparing for inspections
- Monitoring KPIs
- Completing audits
- Managing safeguarding concerns
- Submitting statutory notifications
- Embedding the CQC Single Assessment Framework throughout the service
Build Relationships
You’ll become the face of the service by developing strong relationships with:
- Customers and families
- Local Authorities
- Commissioners
- Hospitals
- Healthcare Professionals
- Community Organisations
- GP Practices
- Charities
You’ll also support community engagement, networking events and local marketing initiatives to continue growing the service.
Grow the Business
You’ll help drive sustainable growth through:
- Managing enquiries
- Completing assessments
- Converting enquiries into care packages
- Building community partnerships
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting marketing campaigns
- Delivering exceptional customer journeys
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence and integrity.
You will have:
✔ Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager
✔ Minimum 2 years’ management experience within domiciliary care
✔ Experience managing a CQC regulated service
✔ Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and the Single Assessment Framework
✔ Experience managing safeguarding concerns
✔ Strong commercial awareness
✔ Excellent leadership skills
✔ Outstanding communication skills
✔ The ability to inspire and motivate others
✔ Strong organisational skills
✔ Excellent IT skills
✔ A proactive approach to problem solving
Essential Qualifications
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Enhanced DBS
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Must participate in the on-call rota
