Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service within a vibrant environment, specialising in hair styling and barbering services. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for hairdressing, and the ability to create tailored styles that meet client expectations. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive setting while providing high-quality grooming experiences to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client needs
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station and tools in accordance with health and safety standards
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hairdressing and barbering
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
Assist in managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow

Experience

Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable
Proven skills in hair styling and barbering, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
A friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: £13.00 per hour
