Project Field Supervisor
Location: Heysham 1 Power Station
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits Package
Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday 07:45–16:15 | Friday 07:45–12:45

Shape the Future of Projects at Heysham 1

Join Dalkia as a Project Field Supervisor at Heysham 1, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the safe and efficient operation of the station.

This is a dynamic, hands-on position overseeing a varied portfolio of works delivered by third-party contractors and internal teams. No two days are the same your expertise, leadership, and attention to detail will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Setting contractors to work and providing clear direction on site
Supervising a diverse range of civils, construction, and mechanical projects across the station
Coordinating with external contractors and internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery
Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times, including reviewing RAMS, undertaking risk assessments, and updating documentation where required
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors
Proactively resolving on-site issues to ensure smooth project delivery
Providing visible, hands-on supervision of works in progress

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience supervising projects within civils, construction, or mechanical disciplines
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
A proactive, reliable, and adaptable team player with a strong work ethic
