Full job description

Flatpay is one of Europe's fastest-growing fintech companies and we've recently launched in the UK.

Location: Field based (Lancaster)
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent

What you'll earn

OTE: £5,000–£6,000 per month (uncapped)
45p per mile mileage reimbursement
Company phone and laptop
Free parking via RingGo account

Your earnings are uncapped. The more you close, the more you earn.

Responsibilities:

Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (75% of signings).
Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvas (25% of signings).
Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals.
Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale.
Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution.

Background & Requirements

Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
Full UK driving licence
Access to a personal vehicle 5 days a week
Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
Fluent in English
Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we can't offer visa sponsorship right now)
Payments industry experience not required

Transport

Mileage reimbursed for personal vehicles and a RingGo parking account provided (HMRC approved mileage rates)

Hiring Process
1. Application Review – Our Talent Team reviews your CV to assess experience and potential fit.
2. Talent Team Call (20–30 minutes) – A conversation to understand your background, confirm territory fit and discuss what motivates you.
3. Final Interview – Attend a hiring event including a presentation from our Talent team and 1:1 interview with one of our Regional Managers
4. Offer – Successful candidates receive a fast-turnaround offer, with onboarding dates available monthly.
