Full job description

As a reception host you will be responsible for the day to day running of an efficient and productive reception operation, maximising the revenue. You'll greet the guests when they arrive ensuring excellent customer service meeting the company's standards to exceed customer expectations

Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests and take them to their seats
- To schedule, manage and control the Restaurant Reservations via the reservations system, maximising revenue potential of bookings.
- Ensure all party deposits are paid and their special orders and requirements are met and communicated to the teams
- Keep the reception area tidy and the focal point for guest’s arrival.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- MUST have least one years of experience in hospitality and reservations and used a reservations system before, Open table and Designmynight are preferred
- A passion and energy for people skills and flair for delivering excellent customer service.
- Must be very friendly and professional in approach.
- The highest standards of personal grooming, appearance and posture.

- Must be able to work within a team and to be happy to help in other areas when required.
