Our client Complete Carpentry and Maintenance Ltd is known for its unwavering commitment to quality. As we enter an exciting period of growth, we're looking for an experienced Builder / Multi Trader to join our team on a contract basis.

Brief Description

Complete Carpentry & Maintenance are currently entering a very busy period and require a Builder / Multi Trader. You will be working on a contract basis. As a Builder/ Multi Trader, you will be assigned a project manager and you will work as part of a team working to the specification and plan of each project with confidence and competence.

Key responsibilities:

Carry out a range of building tasks including bricklaying, plastering, roofing, tiling, and general construction
Interpret plans and specifications to deliver work accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery
Resolve property issues with practical, hands-on solutions
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building regulations
Duties will include completing a variety of different work in a multitude of different trades
Working on either domestic or commercial projects
Access to own tools and transport

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience as a Builder and Multi Trader.

You will be an independent worker who is able to contract with competence and confidence on our behalf. You will also have the knowledge, tools and transport to service domestic client requirements and the ability to work on your own initiative.

If you have are a CSCS card holder and DBS checked that’s great, but it is not essential as we can assist with this if you are successful.

Complete Carpentry and Maintenance Ltd is a highly successful company and they're on an exciting journey. They aim to provide our teams a locally competitive rate, adaptable work schedules and the support to complete shared responsibilities with confidence. Rates start at £200 per day.
