Full job description

Salary: Scale 5 (£28,598 to £31,022 per annum)

Contract: Permanent, full-time, all year round

Closing date: Monday 13th July 2026 at 9am

As our new Recruitment Coordinator, you will join our Central People Team as a warm, professional first point of contact for applicants and new starters across our cross-phase family of 17 academies. In this fast-paced role, your administrative precision will directly support our school leaders and shape the team that inspires our pupils.

The successful candidate will:

Assist hiring managers with vacancy postings, adverts, and smooth interview setups.
Coordinate references, DBS, and pre-employment checks strictly in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.
Maintain live HR/Payroll databases (iTrent) to ensure total trust-wide monthly payroll accuracy.
Provide high-quality admin support during formal processes, including accurate minute-taking.
