You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Falkirk.
This community pharmacy is commutable from Stirling and is located in the local community. It has a good relationship with the GP surgery.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 3,000 items a week.

It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, all Scottish NHS services and private services.

It provides services to substance misuse patients.
This pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of five dispensers and three ACT's.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
