Corporate Services Assistant
35 hours per week

Permanent

£31,792- £35,332 per annum

Glasgow based

West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) are looking for a Corporate Services Assistant. You will shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. You will play a key role in providing effective administrative support across all functions of the Corporate Services team

About the Role

Reporting to our Corporate Services Officer, you will play a key role in providing effective administrative support across all functions of the Corporate Services team

You will play a key role in:

· Providing administrative support to the Corporate Services Officer and across all Corporate Services functions

· Assisting with the co-ordination and distribution on all Board papers required to support the governance structure

· Providing administration and tracking of insurance claims

· Maintaining of Registers within the Corporate Services function e.g Shareholders, Entitlement, Benefits and Payment, Gifts and Hospitality and contracts

· Assist with the administration and tracking of complaints to ensure response within the required timescales

About You

· Excellent administration skills and the ability to prioritise your workload, while working flexibly to respond to changing business priorities

· Ability to maintain confidentiality

· Confident IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office and electronic document or action tracking systems

· Good understanding of governance, regulation, legislation and company secretarial compliance and best practice, preferably with an Registered Social Landlord setting

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

· Willingness to undertake relevant training and continued professional development
