Full job description

Reports to: Product Commercialisation Manager
Job grade: B

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will but not limited to:

Review and maintain list of finished products available for sale/sample

Review and propose key product stock levels in line with current product strategy

Review of developmental products available

Analysis of product formulations vs cost

Analysis of product sales performance, individual and ranges

Supporting pricing and quoting activity

Action enquiries/requests received in the [email protected] email inbox

Manage the ACORN (infrequently manufactured products) log process for reinstating

products for sample/sale

Supporting development and maintenance of marketing materials

Essential criteria for this position are:

Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

Ability to work effectively using internal databases and reporting systems

Excellent communication skills with friendly and professional manner, ability to communicate to all levels of the business

Accuracy, precision, attention to detail

Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a “can do” attitude, with the ability to manage own workload effectively

Flexibility and willingness to carry out a variety of urgent and routine tasks

Resourceful and proactive with a desire for continuous improvement

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Willingness to build relationships and be customer focused

Customer Services or Sales Administration experience

Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamic
