Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Minibus and Coach Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations, ensuring a comfortable and secure journey. This role requires excellent driving skills, professional conduct, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team members. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and customer service.

Duties

Safely operate minibuses and coaches in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies
Transport passengers to scheduled destinations, ensuring timely arrivals
Conduct pre-journey vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels and tyre pressures
Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing support as needed
Adhere to all traffic laws and company procedures at all times

Experience

Proven experience as a driver, Minimum 25 yrs old for insurance purposes
Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
Valid driver licence suitable for passenger vehicles category D
Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently
