Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care services with passion and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of home care services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being for our clients. Your leadership will inspire a team of compassionate care professionals, uphold regulatory standards, and foster a positive environment where both clients and staff thrive. Duties

Manage the overall operation of the domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of care delivery.
Develop, review, and implement personalized care plans that address individual needs, including medication administration and specialized dementia or Alzheimer's care.
Conduct regular audits of service quality, ensuring adherence to care standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to build a skilled and compassionate workforce.
Maintain accurate documentation related to client records, care plans, incident reports, and compliance logs.
Foster strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic support and communication.

Skills

Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a strong understanding of senior care needs.
Extensive knowledge of dementia care and Alzheimer’s care best practices.
Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in a care home or home care setting.
Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual requirements.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills for liaising effectively with clients, families, staff, and external partners.
Competence in medication administration procedures within regulated standards.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining compliance documentation.
