Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and maintaining various components and structures in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in welding and fabricating.

Responsibilities

Fabricate metal components and structures using various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, welding.
Read technical drawings, and blueprints to ensure precise fabrication.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
Maintain a clean, organised workspace conducive to safe working practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in welding (MIG, TIG,) with a strong understanding of fabrication techniques.
Knowledge of blueprints, and technical drawings.
Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and procedures. This role is ideal for motivated professionals seeking a challenging position that values expertise in welding, mechanical maintenance, within a supportive team environment.

Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
