Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a 5* Holiday Home. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all guests enjoy a pleasant and welcoming environment. Hourly rate includes holiday pay.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of the holiday property
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring that all items are in good condition.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Please note there may be additional hours if willing to travel to other locations on other days.
