About Us

We are a busy and well-established garage providing vehicle servicing, repairs, MOT preparation, and customer-focused automotive solutions. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Service Receptionist to join our team.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service reception desk.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers and handling enquiries in person and over the phone.
Booking vehicle services, repairs, and MOT appointments.
Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated on vehicle progress.
Preparing estimates, invoices, and service documentation.
Managing customer records and service schedules.
Processing payments and handling cash/card transactions.
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

Previous customer service or reception experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Confidence using computer systems and office software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
