We're Hiring – Sales Progression Coordinator

Are you an excellent communicator who enjoys working with a wide variety of people? Do you stay calm under pressure, even in challenging or emotional situations? Are you organised, proactive, and skilled at managing diaries while delivering outstanding customer service?

If you answered yes, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking to expand our Sales Progression Team and are seeking someone who can confidently coordinate the moving process from sale agreed through to completion.

In this role, you'll be:

Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and estate agents.
Communicating clearly and effectively with all parties, ensuring everyone is kept informed throughout the sales process.
Managing multiple cases and diaries, prioritising tasks, and keeping transactions moving forward.
Handling sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and a calm, solution-focused approach.
Delivering exceptional customer service and providing reassurance during what can often be a stressful time for clients.

We're looking for someone who is:

A confident and professional communicator.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Calm under pressure and able to think clearly in fast-paced environments.
Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
A great team player who enjoys solving problems and helping others.

Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing, or a customer service environment is advantageous, but if you have the right attitude, strong organisational skills, and a passion for helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
