Full job description

Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Call Coordinator to join our busy office team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will answer incoming calls, understand the nature of enquiries, and connect customers with the most appropriate department or team member. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating effectively, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional email etiquette
Basic computer skills, including experience using email and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer needs
Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Listen to customer enquiries and identify the support or information they require
Direct calls and enquiries to the appropriate department or team member
Take accurate messages and ensure they are passed on promptly
Provide basic information and assistance where appropriate
Maintain records of customer interactions and enquiries
Support the wider office team with general administrative tasks when required
Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer who contacts the business
