Job description

JGL are delighted to be looking for a Lettings Assistant to join their small, close knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, hardworking and customer focused individual who is looking to join an independent, family run business who have the interests of their colleagues and clients at the forefront of everything they do.

The role will see you playing an integral role in the smooth running of a very busy lettings office, delivering a first class customer experience at all times.

Key duties will include:

Responding to maintenance issues and making sure the job is complete. Attention to detail is essential

Arrange and book inspections with the inspections team

Overseeing referencing of applicants

Must be computer literate and able to make detailed notes at all times

The successful candidate will be a naturally confident communicator.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a customer facing role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
