Job Summary

This is a self employed role. Rate of pay to be discussed and based on experience.
We are seeking a skilled carpenter/Builder to join our team, responsible for a variety of construction tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects. we mainly carry out extensions and renovations on domestic project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various building techniques and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure high-quality workmanship. Willing to take on a a team if you’re already paired up with someone.

Duties

Perform carpentry and joinery tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
if no experience in general building ie structural work, demolition, stripping out, minor groundwork’s then applicant must be willing to learn and apply their self as this is not just a carpentry role.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly.

Experience

Proven experience in either, carpentry, joinery, general building.
A strong understanding of building regulations and safety practices within the construction industry is preferred. We welcome applications from individuals who are dedicated to delivering quality workmanship in a dynamic environment.
