Overview
We are seeking professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisors to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your responsibilities will be vital in safeguarding assets and preventing incidents. All positions are paid, and we welcome applicants who are dedicated to upholding high standards of security.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access points to the venue, ensuring only authorised individuals enter
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity within the premises
Enforce venue policies and procedures in a professional manner
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary
Maintain a visible presence to deter potential troublemakers and ensure a safe environment
Record incident reports accurately and report any security concerns to management
Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods, ensuring smooth flow of visitors

Qualifications

Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is a non negotiable
First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if necessary
Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanour with strong organisational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or special events as required
