Join Our Team as a Packing Operative 37.5 Hours per week– £13.03 per hr + Overtime & Benefits.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Packing Operative to join our team.

You'll be working across four dynamic brands, using onsite tools and equipment to carefully pack a wide range of products. Your work will help ensure that every order leaves our facility securely packaged, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack multiple product types using various tools and equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Meet daily packing output targets set by your supervisor.
Develop custom packaging solutions for new product lines.
Take ownership of your tasks and contribute to team success.
Share process improvement ideas and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a factory or production environment.
Confident using tools and equipment safely.
Strong independent problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

£13.03 per hour + 1.5x overtime rate.
37.5 - hour contract (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30).
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
