Working in our Boston Spa office as a Branch Support Manager.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with 1 Saturday per month with a day in Lieu.
Pay Negotiable plus commissions.
We’re looking for a highly organised, confident, and solutions-focused Branch Support Manager to become the engine of our office.
You’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the branch – from ensuring the space is always immaculate and fully stocked, to supporting the team with admin, property listings, diary management and the branch manager.
With an eagle eye for detail and a natural ability to problem-solve, you’ll keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. This role also requires a solid understanding of compliance and property legislation (which can be trained)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent office presentation and manage supplies, stock, and day-to-day facilities
- To work closely with our marketing team to prepare effective marketing for all our properties.
- Confident at referring our services including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and removal firms.
- Experience using spreadsheets and confident with numbers
- Go-to person for IT/software queries within the team
- Diary management and admin support for the branch team
- Sales progression: liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors and surveyors
- Oversee compliance paperwork and legal documentation, particularly for new homes
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and problem resolution within the office
- Support the Branch Manager with Business Development tasks
- The occasional Saturday when office cover is needed.
- Prevent small problems becoming complaints or obstructions to the wider team.
