Join Our Team at DUSK – Merchandising Admin Assistant

DUSK are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandising Administrative Assistant to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Merchandising Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your day-to-day will include:

Keeping our critical paths up to date and flagging any issues to the team.
Managing our shipment tracker and highlighting any delays.
Receiving and sharing packing lists promptly with the wider team.
Communicating with suppliers to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Updating and distributing daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports.
Staying on top of emails and keeping everything organised.
Creating and distributing purchase orders as needed.
Working closely with our buying and sourcing teams to track orders.
Liaising with our warehouse and accounts teams when required.
Ensuring upcoming shipments are tracked and website delivery dates are accurate.
Taking meeting minutes and sharing action points afterwards.
Supporting the team with any ad hoc tasks that come your way.
