About the Role:

At Blokho Digital Solutions Ltd, we believe strong partnerships are the foundation of sustainable growth. Based in Leeds, we work with businesses, professional networks, community organisations, and technology partners to create meaningful opportunities and long term relationships.

We are looking for a Partnerships and Engagement Officer who can take ownership of our partnership development and stakeholder engagement activities. You will play an important role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, coordinating engagement initiatives, and representing the organisation across a diverse network of partners.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, turning business objectives into practical partnership opportunities. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who is confident communicating with senior stakeholders and enjoys building relationships that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development: Identify, research, and develop relationships with potential commercial, community, and strategic partners.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with existing partners and maintain regular communication to understand their objectives and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Engagement Programmes: Coordinate partnership events, meetings, workshops, networking activities, and other stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of partnership activity, follow up on opportunities, and ensure agreed actions are completed effectively.

Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, sales, and project teams to coordinate partnership activity and ensure external commitments align with organisational priorities.

Reporting and Analysis: Track engagement activity, partnership performance, and key outcomes, providing clear updates and recommendations to senior management.

External Representation: Represent Blokho Digital Solutions Ltd at business events, industry meetings, networking sessions, and partner activities throughout Leeds and the wider United Kingdom.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, business development, account management, community engagement, or a related professional field.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to communicate with clients, partners, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.

Relationship Building: You are naturally comfortable developing professional relationships and maintaining long term partnerships.

Organisation: Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership activities, deadlines, meetings, and priorities.

Commercial Awareness: You understand how successful partnerships can create value for both organisations and can identify opportunities that support business objectives.

Technology: Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, presentation tools, and digital communication platforms.

Mindset: You are proactive, professional, and solutions focused. You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and know how to turn conversations into productive partnerships.

Pay: £2,725.00-£3,000.00 per month
