**We are seeking two passionate bakers to join our team**

We are a New Bakery based in Wakefield, specialising in Gluten Free Bread, Pasta, Cakes & Bakes.

Experience in Gluten Free baking is desirable but not essential.

We are seeking two experienced bakers/pastry chefs to lead our cakes & bakes section.

You must be passionate about creating an exceptional range of Gluten Free cakes and bakes. You will lead and innovate our Gluten Free cake & bake section.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to express your years of baking skills and become a world leader in Gluten Free baking.

Applicants must have strong knowledge and extensive background in cake, bake and pastry. Knowledge of bread and pasta is desirable but not essential. The applicant must have a good understanding of applied techniques and ingredient functionality.

These positions will require early morning (4.30am-5am) starts with a willingness to be flexible when needed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Wakefield WF1 3BW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

cakes, bakes and or pastry: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

Health & Safety Level 2 minimum (required)
