About the Company

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Leeds. Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across multiple teams. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. What you'll do:

Lead projects from initiation through completion.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and business objectives.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to improve project processes and efficiencies.
Support and mentor team members while fostering collaboration.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in project management or coordinating business projects.
Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
Professional project management qualifications are welcomed but not essential.
