Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Services & Field Solutions Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and tailored field solutions to our clients. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure seamless integration of complex IT and cloud-based systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, develop your technical and communication skills, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud service issues promptly and effectively
Deliver on-site field solutions, including system installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance for diverse client environments
Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients and internal teams to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs while adhering to best practices in IT security and performance
Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including reports on system status, configurations, and incident resolutions
Manage multiple projects efficiently by prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion using strong organizational skills
Communicate complex technical information in a clear manner using excellent presentation skills and professional language

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT support, field service roles, or technical consulting with a focus on customer service excellence
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting and presentations; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are preferred
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure is highly desirable
Solid understanding of networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and system integration processes
Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple client projects simultaneously without compromising quality
Demonstrated presentation skills with the ability to educate clients or team members on complex topics clearly and confidently
Organizational skills that ensure accurate record keeping of service activities and project details
