We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join the team at Sheepscar Bar & Grill.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience within restaurants, gastropubs, or premium dining venues
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Confidence upselling menu items and drinks
- Understanding of guest experience and hospitality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing a friendly, professional service
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages to company standards
- Ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant
- Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods
