Full job description

Hi, I’m George - co-founder of brew’d.

We’re looking for someone to join the team for around 24 hours a week, with more hours and responsibility available as we grow.

brew’d. is an independent coffee shop at York Designer Outlet. We care massively about quality, speed, cleanliness and creating a genuinely good atmosphere for both customers and staff.

This isn’t a corporate place with scripts and targets. We’re a small team and everyone gets stuck in together.

You’ll be doing a bit of everything:

Running the coffee machine
Till work
Serving customers
Food prep
Cleaning down
Restocking
Social Media
Helping the team wherever needed

We want someone with good energy who works hard, learns quickly and takes pride in what they do. Experience is great, but attitude matters more to us.

It can get busy, especially weekends, so you need to be calm under pressure and able to move with purpose.

As brew’d. grows, there’ll be opportunities for more hours and more responsibility for the right person. We'd love to take you on the journey with us.

Weekend availability is needed.

Part-time - around 24 hours per week.
