Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Paid Kids Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant team at Renowned Gymnastics, a newly opened kids gymnastics programme, part of the successful Renowned Group (5 successful locations across Yorkshire).This role involves instructing children in gymnastics activities, fostering their physical development, and creating a fun and safe environment for learning. The ideal candidate will have a love for sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to motivate young learners and ensure their enjoyment and safety during sessions.

Duties

Deliver fun, safe, high-energy gymnastics classes for children aged 3-11 years old.
Demonstrate proper techniques and safety procedures for gymnastics activities
Support parent communication and member retention.
Help grow the programme and build a positive club culture
Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition
Help grow the programme and build a positive and inclusive club culture.
Supervise children at all times during sessions, maintaining a high standard of safety and organisation
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and behaviour

Requirements

Kids Gymnastics coaching experience
Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate young learners
Organised, responsible, and able to manage groups of children effectively
Passionate about working with children and promoting physical activity
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Relevant certifications in sports coaching or first aid are advantageous but not essential.
Must be 18+
