Overview
We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to manage and enhance the operational efficiency of our business processes, with a focus on administrative tasks, training, and system support. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining systems, auditing processes, and supporting business operations through both technical and administrative means. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with internal records management systems, while also promoting process improvements and supporting various teams across the organization. This is a full-time role which is based from the Leeds office but travel to other sites and offices may be required on occasion. Responsibilities
- Maintain an indexed electronic library of program information, ensuring compliance with the business requirements and records management systems.
- Carry out administrative tasks within Yardi and other business systems including but not limited to, setting up new users, setting up new units and properties, triaging and offering user support on processes Issue training on key business processes
- Conduct process audits and feedback findings to the teams, the Operations Manager and the Head of Operations
- Draft process, policy and training documentation for sign off by the Operations Manager
- Assist in maintaining third party agreements and platforms
- Actively promote the role within the business to build awareness of services, disseminating critical information regarding project and program deliverables and outcomes
- Conducting ad-hoc short projects to support the property and Build to Rent teams
- Work within the standard framework and tools for process design and requirements.
- Edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed business solutions and projects in alignment with operational plans.
Experience
- An understanding residential property management process
- Detailed knowledge of residential lettings legislation
- Organised with a focus on efficiency
- Committed to providing excellent customer service to our residents and internal stakeholders
- Motivated to develop and progress
- Enjoy creating positive relationships with third party suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Previous experience in a PMS system.
- Yardi experience is preferable

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
