Full job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a growing construction business based in Leeds. This is a varied role supporting the Directors across multiple areas of the business, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high administrative standards.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working across different departments, and be confident managing multiple priorities at once. This position would suit someone with excellent organisational skills who is looking to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Directors.
Prepare quotations, pricing schedules, and project costings.
Assist with tender submissions and client documentation.
Coordinate project administration from enquiry through to completion.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Schedule meetings, maintain diaries, and organise project documentation.
Track project progress and ensure key deadlines are met.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and project files.
Support operational planning and help improve internal processes.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide professional customer service.
Assist with general office management and business administration.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Comfortable working independently while supporting senior leadership.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused.
Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Office Manager, Project Administrator, Operations Coordinator, or Executive Assistant role.
Experience within commercial interiors, construction, fit-out, manufacturing, or a project-based environment.
Understanding of quotations, pricing, procurement, or project documentation.
