The Venue:

Bold, innovative and fan‑focused, first direct bank arena has been redefining the live experience since opening in 2013. Hosting world‑class music, sport and major events, this 13,781‑capacity “super theatre” brings audiences closer to the action, delivering exceptional sound and atmosphere from every seat. Once crowned Best New Venue in the World, is the heartbeat of live entertainment in Leeds.

The Role:

Play a crucial role in assisting the smooth running and delivery of a Show at Leeds first direct bank arena
Assisting with the ticket office being fully prepared on an event day including the collation of agent lists, checking seating, setting up the accessible bays, testing entry scanners, setting up the Box Office computers, and helping to maintain a clean and tidy Box Office environment
Using our ticketing systems to assist customers with a range of ticketing issues to reach a resolution in a timely manner
Facilitate handing out Guest List tickets/passes correctly and in a timely manner
Any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Box Office manager

There may also be additional opportunities outside of Show Shifts to assist with other adhoc Ticketing/Box Office duties.
